We ensure that your order is delivered within 2-5 business days.
Once you place your order you will receive an order confirmation. As soon as your order ships, you will receive a confirmation with a Track and Trace code that you can use to track the shipment.
For shipping we use Post NL, DHL or the service of our own delivery people.

We charge shipping fee on the order.

On-site pickup
Your order can also be collected at our location in Lijnden (located next to the A9). You will receive a message when your order is ready to be picked up.
Returns and Warranty
Can I return my order at any time?
You have the right to return your order within 14 days. The right of return expires after 14 days. You have the right to cancel your order without giving any reason within 14 days from the date you receive it. After cancellation, you have 14 more days to return your product. Then the entire order amount, including shipping costs, will be credited to you. Only the transportation costs from your home to the webshop are your responsibility.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the owner with all the accessories provided and - if possible - its original condition and packaging. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days of recording your return, provided the product has been returned in good condition.
If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged beyond what is necessary to test the product, we may pass on this loss of value to you. Therefore, handle the product carefully and make sure it is well packaged when you return it.
