Warranty and Complaint Procedure


We care about our products and do our logical best to deliver them to you in the best condition. However, sometimes it happens that an order breaks in transit or something else happens that allows you to make a warranty claim. According to European law, we are liable for conformity defects that occur within two years after delivery of the goods. You may have additional rights under Dutch law.
If you find or need to find a defect in the product, you must contact us within a reasonable time. A reasonable period of time is within a few weeks in any case. Under certain circumstances, a period longer than a few weeks may also be acceptable.
If you contact us in time, we will arrange a repair or replacement.


It can always happen that something doesn't go as planned. We recommend that you first report your complaints to us by sending an e-mail to info@ collagen123.de . If this does not lead to a solution, you can register your mediation dispute via Stichting WebwinkelKeur at https://www.webwinkelkeur.nl/kennisbank/consumenten/geschil. From 15 February 2016, it is also possible for consumers in the EU to register complaints via the European Commission's ODR platform. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint is not yet addressed elsewhere, you are free to lodge your complaint through the European Union platform.
